Student and Member Conduct


Each member within our organization signs a Membership Agreement that includes club conduct outlined in the Hoofer Council Bylaws. Should an individual violate club conduct expectations there is a conduct review process.

Conduct Review Process

After an incident is reported, the advisor and Club president may meet and discuss with the individual(s) in question to correct behavior. An incident report should be filled out and a note should be made in the person's Rechub profile that there was "XYZ incident related to ABC on XX/XX/XX." All physical copies of incident reports will be retained and uploaded to our incident report spreadsheet for further documentation.
