CESO and Campus Spaces
The Campus Events Services Office (CESO) schedules and arranges all the space reservations for our organization. Reserving spaces within the Wisconsin Union is typically cost-free for Hoofer Clubs & Teams. Other campus spaces are available for use as well (Ex. Picnic Point Firepits, Library Mall, Classrooms, Red Gym, etc.).
If you need assistance or have event space needs that are unusual or urgent, a campus event planner is appointed to the Hoofer clubs for aiding with reservations. Our current planner is Ash Lynn Rieth, Wisconsin Union Event Coordinator, (alrieth@wisc.edu).

Mendota Lodge
The Mendota Lodge is located across from the Outdoor UW Office / Front Desk. This space is primarily utilized by Outdoor UW and Hoofer Clubs, however, it is reservable by other campus entities. Outdoor UW and Hoofers have reservation priority in this space. Professional Hoofer Staff approve reservations for the Mendota Lodge.

Mendota Lodge must be reserved in advance of your event. Please contact the Outdoor UW Director to reserve.

Galley Use & Food Handling Policy
Hoofers must follow all food service policies.
The Galley is the kitchen space used for food storage and preparation. Users must have access or check out a Galley card from the OUW front desk. Speak with your advisor about access or reserving the Galley.
See these two documents for Galley guidelines, which must be followed at all times.
