Leader Renewal and Changes
If you are a returning leader you will need to fill out this form annually to renew your leadership status.

You can also make changes or updates using this form. For changes, you only need to fill out the applicable areas of the form. Examples of common changes are below for reference.
Making Changes To Your Permissions
If you have to update your leader resources (Access, RecHub, Purchasing), please fill out only the relevant areas of the onboarding form above. Below are some examples of situations which might warrant changing your permissions or updating your access.

Example 1: I got a new Wiscard
Fill out your contact information including the Club you're involved with, indicate you need access (relevant area of change) and input your Wiscard information.

Example 2: I have gone from a introductory position within the Club to one with greater responsibilities
Fill out your contact information including the Club you're involved with, indicate you need Rechub access and indicate your new position.

Example 3: I now need to spend money on behalf of the club
Fill out your contact information including the Club you're involved with, indicate you need to purchase on behalf of your Club and complete the expectations outlined in the email.
